Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement individualized care plans in a fast-paced emergency setting. Administer medications and IV therapy while evaluating progress toward desired patient outcomes. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to facilitate care coordination, patient education, and discharge planning. Integrate ethical provisions to preserve patient autonomy and dignity. Maintain certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Trauma Nurse Core Course.
