Assess and interpret age-specific patient data, perform priority procedures safely within scope of practice, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. Identify actual and potentially unsafe care practices, initiate corrective actions, and report issues timely while encouraging patient and family involvement in decision-making. Provide patient education on safety, comfort, and pain management to support recovery. Requires one year of ED RN experience, CA licensure, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification upon hire. New graduates or specialty transfers are not accepted; next posting opens July 1, 2026.
