Job Summary
Provide effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes while prioritizing patient comfort and safety. Conduct comprehensive assessments identifying physical, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, discharge, and cultural needs. Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and implement interventions based on current practice standards and protocols. Reassess patients post-intervention to verify effectiveness and update care plans accordingly. Requires 1 year of RN ED acute care experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Fire Safety certification. Located at Dignity Health - California Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year RN ED acute care experience
- Registered Nurse: CA
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Fire Safety, within 90 Days
