Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Work in a 45-bed Level II trauma center serving all ages, supported by PCTs and a unit secretary. Requires one year of Emergency Room experience and knowledge of ENPC and TNCC protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Emergency Obstetrics and Wound Care (EOW)
- Emergency Obstetrics and Hemorrhage (EOH)
- 1 year of Emergency Room Experience
- EPIC
- Ability to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
