Job Summary
RN Emergency Room - Mids. Provides high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department, collaborating with medical providers and the care team. Responsibilities include assessing and managing patient pain, performing procedures and documenting care, and educating patients/families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, follow-up steps, and healthy lifestyle changes. Requires an Associate Degree and RN licensure; must obtain PALS within 90 days, ACLS within 90 days, BCLS within 30 days, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 1 year. Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Associate Degree
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course within 1 year of employment start date
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or ACLS Instructor within 90 days of employment start date
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) or BCLS Instructor within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (or Satori Alternatives Maniagn Aggr) within 1 year of employment start date
