RN Emergency PRN Nights

Triage patients presenting to the Emergency Department, prioritizing care based on critical nature and severity. Assess patient conditions through visual evaluation, medication reconciliation, and vital sign measurements including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature. Administer medications and assist with medical procedures as prescribed by the treating physician while monitoring for condition changes. Partner with the patient care treatment team for procedures, interventions, discharge, or admission processes. Chart medical history, contact information, medications, and treatments in the electronic medical record. Discharge patients post-treatment, providing education on instructions, answering questions, and confirming transportation. Requires two years of critical care and two years of emergency department experience; Indiana RN license and BLS certification required.
