RN Emergency PRN Days

RN Emergency Department duties include coordinating and delivering patient-centered care in a high-acuity setting, administering prescribed medications, monitoring for side effects, and documenting care. The role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, responding to emergencies with life-saving interventions (e.g., CPR), assessing patients, providing age-appropriate education, adhering to infection control protocols, operating medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors, ventilators), and participating in audits and performance-improvement initiatives. Required licenses/certifications include RN state licensure, BCLS, ACLS, PALS within 90 days, and TNCC within 1 year.
