Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients or an assigned group per established standards, supervising nursing staff and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care. Develops, implements, and evaluates care plans; delegates duties; participates in discharge planning; provides patient and family education; and promotes a healing, safe environment across interdisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; RN licensure in state of practice required; CPR/BLS required; BLS/ACLS/PALS as specified; AC LS/PALS as required; acute care experience preferred
