RN - Emergency (ONA) Per Diem, Nights

Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards, supervises assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment. Collects relevant health data, analyzes assessments to determine diagnosis and care issues, and develops plans prescribing interventions to attain outcomes. Implements care plans, coordinates delivery, and employs strategies to promote a safe environment while collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and delegates duties to team members as assigned. This role is available for an ONA (Outpatient Nursing Associate) on a per diem basis for nights.
