Job Summary
Evaluate assigned patients and plan, implement, and document nursing care. Assist physicians during examinations and procedures. Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of a registered nurse. Promote patient independence by establishing care goals and educating patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Requires an associate's degree in nursing, with a preference for a bachelor's degree, and familiarity with nursing concepts, practices, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse licensure to work in the State of Arkansas
- Minimum of two years Emergency and/or ICU experience required
