Job Summary
Assess, triage, and monitor patients in the emergency department while administering medications, assisting with procedures, and providing patient education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and maintain accurate records adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Requires an active Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency setting. Variable shifts are required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (must be active upon hire)
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association (upon hire)
- National Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – American Heart Association (upon hire)
- National Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification – American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency care setting
