Job Summary
Collect relevant patient data, analyze assessments to determine diagnoses, and develop care plans implementing interventions to attain specific outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe environment, providing health information and learning opportunities. Directly coordinate care delivery, delegate duties to team members, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity. Requires BSN preferred, ACLS/ALS certification, and RN licensure in the state of practice. Full-time night shift position at Adventist Health Hanford in Kings County.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
