RN, Emergency (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Collect relevant patient data, analyze assessment findings to determine care issues, and develop intervention plans to attain specific outcomes. Implement care delivery strategies, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and evaluate progress toward patient goals. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe environment while providing learning opportunities and direct health information. Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and delegate duties to team members as assigned. Requires BSN, RN licensure, ACLS/ALS certification, and night shift availability.
