RN, Emergency (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards, supervising assigned nursing staff and coordinating care with other disciplines. Collects relevant health data, analyzes assessment information to determine diagnoses, and develops care plans that prescribe interventions to attain specific outcomes. Implements these plans, coordinates delivery, and employs strategies to promote a safe environment while evaluating progress toward attaining patient outcomes. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a healing environment, provides learning opportunities, and participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Delegates duties appropriately to team members as assigned.
