RN Emergency FT Nights

Full-time Night shift Emergency Department RN at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center responsible for patient-centered care in a Level 4 Trauma 24-bed ER. Provides comprehensive nursing care, conducts thorough patient assessments, administers medications, assists physicians during procedures, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, responds to emergencies (CPR/code team), educates patients and families, follows infection control protocols, and maintains accurate documentation. Engages in quality and performance improvement initiatives and ensures adherence to safety standards.
