Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery in a Level III Trauma Center environment. Provide care across 15 treatment rooms with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, utilizing self-scheduling flexibility through Smart Square. Maintain current Georgia RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with new hires completing specialty certifications within six months of start date.
