RN Emergency Dept

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement individualized care plans in the emergency department. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective, quality-driven care while documenting findings in unit records per health system standards. Provide patient and family education on pain management, nutrition, skin integrity, fall prevention, and discharge instructions. Maintain confidentiality, make ethical decisions, and ensure patient safety through evidence-based interventions. Participate in research activities and collaborate with outcomes managers to identify improvement opportunities.
