RN Emergency Department

Emergency Services RN/Graduate Nurse needed for Wilkes-Barre General Hospital Emergency Department, night shift. Provide direct professional nursing care for assigned patients, coordinate all nursing care per established clinical practices, and maintain a safe patient care environment. Graduate Nurse will care for patients under direct RN supervision and will not assume charge responsibilities. Must demonstrate strong clinical, managerial, teaching, communication, and stress-management skills; maintain competency in pharmacology, aseptic technique, and documentation; ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and hospital policies. Licensure as PA RN with BLS, ACLS, and PALS requirements fulfilled by orientation period. Focus on delivering high-quality care and supporting patient and family health throughout the care continuum.
