RN - Emergency Department (Rotational, FT) Canonsburg

Provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process to coordinate patient care plans for the age-appropriate population. Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary care plans based on assessment findings and physician orders. Complete comprehensive patient documentation adhering to facility policies and regulatory requirements to promote interdisciplinary communication. Provide ongoing education to patients and families to guide them across the continuum of care. Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues by serving as a preceptor when assigned. Perform other duties as required. Full-time rotational schedule with full benefits.
