Required Qualifications
- Current RN License (WA State)
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPR/BLS, TNCC (within 6 months), NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- BSN or MSN
- Minimum of 3 years' Emergency Department experience
- Certified Emergency Nurse
- Experience in trauma, stroke, or cardiac facilities
Additional Requirements
- New graduates must have prior experience in an Emergency Department, EMS, or similar role
