RN Emergency Department (Nights)

Provide patient care in the Emergency Department nights shift using the nursing process. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers, and coordinate care across departments. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality while adhering to Mercy Service Standards. Work at a Level II trauma center with 21 exam rooms, 6 trauma rooms, and dedicated triage spaces. The role includes night shifts with eligibility for a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a clinical ladder for career development.
