Job Summary
RN Emergency Department Nights at AdventHealth in Rome, GA. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families about conditions and self-care, collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care, maintain accurate documentation, evaluate and adjust care plans, ensure infection control and safety, provide emotional support, supervise care provided by the healthcare team, engage in ongoing professional development, respond effectively to code situations. Requires current RN licensure, BLS; ACLS/other certifications as listed; ADN required with BSN preferred; 3x12 hour night shifts, 7pm-7am; sign-on bonus $15,000.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent required
- RN license in good standing
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
- NEONATAL MED, PEARS, RDMS-OBGYN, CCNS, CCRN-E, TNCC, ABLS, CLC, SCRN, ONS, ABP preferred
- 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred
