RN - Emergency Department (Full Time, Night Shift)

Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff while collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe, healing environment. Implements care plans that prescribe interventions to attain outcomes, participates in discharge planning for continuity, and delegates duties to team members. Requires BSN degree, RN licensure, ACLS/ALS certification, and one year of acute care experience. Night shift full-time role with $15,000 sign-on incentive for eligible hires.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS
- at least one year of experience in the specialty for which they are being hired
- all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
