RN - Emergency Department (Full Time, Night)

Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department, supervising assigned nursing staff and coordinating care with other disciplines. Collects relevant health data, analyzes assessment findings to determine diagnosis and care issues, and develops intervention plans to attain patient outcomes. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe environment, provides learning opportunities, and directly shares health information. Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and delegates duties to team members as assigned. Requires BSN, RN licensure, ACLS/ALS certification, and PALS certification. Full-time night shift with $15,000 sign-on incentive for eligible hires.
