Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards, supervises nursing staff activities, and coordinates care with other disciplines. Collects health data, analyzes assessments to determine diagnoses, and develops intervention plans to attain patient outcomes. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide safe, healing, and humane care while participating in discharge planning for continuity. Directly provides health information to the treatment team and delegates duties appropriately. Requires RN licensure, ACLS/ALS certification, and BLS; full-time evening shift in Tulare, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
