Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards, supervises assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines. Collects and analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues, developing and implementing plans to promote a safe environment. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers while participating in discharge planning to ensure continuity. Delegates duties appropriately and performs other job-related tasks as assigned. Requires BSN, RN licensure, ACLS/ALS certifications, and BLS. Full-time evening shift.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
