Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards, supervises assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines. Collects relevant health data, analyzes assessment findings to determine diagnosis and care issues, and develops intervention plans to attain patient outcomes. Implements care plans, delegates duties to team members, and participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe, healing environment while providing learning opportunities and direct health information. Requires BSN preference, acute care experience, RN licensure, and ACLS/ALS certifications. Full-time day shift with $15,000 sign-on incentive for eligible hires.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS
- at least one year of experience in the specialty for which they are being hired
- all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
