RN - Emergency Department - Full Time, 2nd Shift

Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment. Collects relevant assessment data, analyzes findings to determine diagnosis and care issues, and implements the plan to promote a safe environment. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, directly providing health information and participating in discharge planning for continuity of care. Delegates duties appropriately to healthcare team members. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time, 2nd shift position at a 108-bed acute care hospital in the Central Valley.
