RN - Emergency Department - Full Time, 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in the emergency department according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines. Collects relevant assessment data, analyzes findings to determine diagnosis and care issues, and implements care plans to promote a safe environment. Collaborates with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Delegates duties appropriately to team members. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time, second shift position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
