RN - Emergency Department - Days

RN in the Emergency Department responsible for delivering care using the Nursing Process within applicable standards; leads and collaborates with licensed and ancillary team members, delegates appropriately, and ensures quality patient outcomes. Requires an RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification. Strong emphasis on professional responsibility, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to nursing standards; duties include assessing learning needs, delegating resources, and participating as a leader on the Interdisciplinary Team. Education options include RN Diploma with preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Proficiency with computer systems and effective communication are important, as are organizational skills and the ability to navigate regulatory standards. This role is based in the Bay St Louis area, MS and is full-time in the Emergency Department.
