RN Emergency Department

RN in Emergency Department provides professional nursing care under ANA scope, utilizing patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and discharge. Partners with and incorporates patient/family input in planning the plan of care, develops teaching strategies for patient/family, and documents education in the health record. Requires BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC and ER/Chest Pain Unit experience; night shift 7 p.m.–7 a.m. with 36 hours per week; primary location Lakeland Hospital St Joseph, St Joseph, MI. Complies with Corewell Health policies and promotes patient outcomes through nursing care and collaboration with the Nurse Leader and multidisciplinary team.
