Job Summary
Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care in the Emergency Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center, applying specialized training to support vulnerable community members. Work three 12-hour night shifts weekly as a full-time registered nurse holding an Alaska license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Complete required training within 90 days and six months, including PALS and the Trauma Nursing Core Course, after gaining one year of nursing experience. Earn up to $10,000 in a hiring bonus for eligible external hires.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
- Provider PALS - American Heart Association
- National Trauma Nursing Core Course - Emergency Nurses Association
- 1 year Nursing experience
