RN - Emergency Department

Staff RN in the Emergency Department providing nursing care using the nursing process; performs initial patient assessment, develops and implements an individualized plan of care, and adjusts the plan based on ongoing assessment. Maintains up-to-date documentation, ensures patient and staff safety, and communicates with the healthcare team to support a healing environment. Requires ACLS and PALS within 1 year, BLS within 30 days, and an Illinois RN license; Education requirement is an Associate's Degree with H.S. diploma/ GED accepted. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
