Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care for acute patients and their families according to Cambridge Health Alliance standards. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills while managing rapid patient turnover in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Maintain current Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and utilize basic computer EMR proficiency. Complete a job-specific physical agility exam upon hire. Work the 7p-7:30a shift with every other weekend and holiday, totaling 36 hours weekly. Eligible candidates may receive up to $20,000 in bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- RN must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- 1 - 2 years of Emergency RN experience
- Basic computer EMR proficiency
- Must successfully complete a job specific physical agility exam
- Must be available for every other weekend and holiday shifts
- Must be available for 7p-7:30a shift
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, constantly changing environment with rapid patient turnover
Desired Qualifications
- BSN degree preferred
- TNCC certification preferred
