RN Emergency

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, formulate nursing diagnoses, and implement evidence-based interventions within an interdisciplinary team. Perform skilled procedures, provide education on pain management, nutrition, and discharge planning, and maintain accurate documentation adhering to health system standards. Collaborate with outcomes managers on research activities and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain patient safety through confidentiality, ethical decision-making, and cost containment measures. Requires RN license, BSN or ADN, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Located at a Level III Trauma Center in the Brazos Valley region.
