Conduct comprehensive inpatient nursing care for acute and swing bed patients, including admission assessments, continuous plan of care implementation, and hourly rounding. Perform patient medications adhering to the five rights, manage safety protocols for falls and isolation, and complete all required documentation to ensure accurate team communication. Execute bedside shift reports, delegate tasks to licensed health care technicians, and utilize critical thinking to evaluate patient status changes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unit standards and nursing trends while prioritizing patient safety and effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
