RN Educator / Data Abstractor LTACH

Conduct chart audits, abstractions, and audits according to established guidelines while developing new audit tools to ensure compliance with current and new Hospital Quality Measures. Assist the CEO and Chief Nursing Officer with coordinating Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee meetings, implementing the Facility Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Plan, and preparing data reports for Facility Leadership and the Board of Directors. Maintain records and minutes of Committee activities, monitor compliance with existing policies, and assist with education and orientation for new and current employees regarding QAPI and Hospital Measure data. Requires an active Registered Nurse License, at least three years of acute hospital experience, and expertise in data abstraction, analysis, and management.
