Job Summary
RN position at Edgerton Care Center (Edgerton, WI) with on-site care duties including providing safe nursing care per care plans and physician orders, administering medications and treatments, assessing residents, documenting in the EMR, supervising LPNs and CNAs, ensuring infection control and safety, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Flexible scheduling available across Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN, with opportunities for weekend warrior levels and shift differentials. Must maintain active RN license and CPR certification, and possess strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
