RN - ED - Part Time - Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in a 26-bed Emergency Department with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. Coordinate care with other departments and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers while maintaining patient confidentiality. Ensure all duties align with Mercy Service Standards and professional accountability. Work 24 hours per week on nights (6:30pm–7:00am) in a trauma-rated facility supported by patient care techs and paramedics.
