Provide patient care in a 26-bed Emergency Department serving the community 24/7, maintaining professional accountability and coordinating care across departments. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Utilize the nursing process to manage assignments with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, supported by patient care techs, paramedics, and patient support associates.
