Job Summary
RN needed for Emergency Department, Intensive Care/General Medicine cross-training at Worthington Medical Center. Part-time position with 24 weekly hours, shift pattern includes 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday. The role involves delivering direct and indirect patient-centered nursing care, applying the nursing process, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Must communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers; requires RN license in Minnesota and BLS/ACLS certifications. ADN with 37.19-54.57/hour or BSN with 37.49-54.87/hour compensation; cross-training to General Medical/ICU; unit designated as Acute Stroke Ready and level 4 trauma center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- RN license with Minnesota State Board of Nursing
- BLS
- ACLS (required on hire or within six months)
