RN - ED - FT

Coordinate and direct the delivery of competent patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Identify special needs of the patient population, which may include the newborn, toddler, adolescent, adult, and elderly, and plan care accordingly. Direct the implementation of the Plan of Care and evaluate nursing care given to all patients, revising the plan as necessary based on patient needs. Work 0.9 FTE on 8 or 12-hour shifts between 7a-730 or 11a-11p. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, and EKG interpretation certification. SRMC utilizes NCP/SOC, Clinical Pathways, and Departmental Policies to prescribe nursing interventions.
