Assess patient needs and conditions in the Emergency Department by gathering health information and implementing individualized care plans. Evaluate patient progress, revise diagnoses as appropriate, and maintain infection prevention standards through aseptic techniques. Collaborate with physicians and ancillary personnel while providing patient education, discharge planning, and safe, high-quality care. Adhere to regulatory standards, complete mandatory training modules, and ensure all certifications remain current. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and report safety incidents promptly. Requires one year of emergency nursing experience and an active Arizona RN license.
