RN E7 Medical ICU (Full Time), West Penn Hospital

The RN in the E7 Medical ICU will assess human responses and deliver nursing care for individuals or families. Responsibilities include providing leadership within the practice setting, delegating tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels, supervising LPNs, and ensuring patient care is provided according to hospital policy. The nurse will participate in interdisciplinary teams, promote patient safety, and engage in continuous learning and development. Must hold current RN licensure, pass several background checks, and possess CPR certification.
