Job Summary
Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines while managing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff. Step in to assist on the floor when needed to maintain consistent, high-quality care, and approve payroll submissions to ensure accuracy. Monitor resident records for accuracy, collaborate with physicians to create individualized care plans, and ensure staff have timely access to equipment and supplies. Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to improve performance and outcomes. Requires a current Texas RN license, proven long-term care leadership experience, and knowledge of nursing home regulations. Full-time role with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus tuition reimbursement and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Texas
- Has proven leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
- Possesses strong clinical skills and a restorative care approach
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards
- Excels in organization, communication, and problem-solving
