RN Director of Nursing - Long-Term Care

Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines while managing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff. Step in to assist on the floor when needed to maintain consistent, high-quality care, and approve payroll submissions to ensure accuracy. Monitor resident records for accuracy, collaborate with physicians to create individualized care plans, and ensure staff have timely access to equipment and supplies. Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to improve performance and outcomes. Requires a current Texas RN license, proven long-term care leadership experience, and knowledge of nursing home regulations.
