Job Summary
Lead clinical management of the hospice agency by supervising the clinical team, planning interdisciplinary team conferences, and evaluating patient care data to identify improvement trends. Manage and evaluate quality of care through supervisory visits, ensuring all personnel comply with regulations and policies. Recruit, hire, and direct training and education while maintaining budgets through productivity and service utilization. Demonstrate leadership to maintain high employee satisfaction and low turnover, functioning as an alternate administrator as needed. Ensure high-quality hospice care across the Southeast region while supporting the team's commitment to integrity and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensed RN in state of operation
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) to three (3) years of healthcare experience: hospice, palliative care, oncology, or home health preferred
- Preferred management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer and technology skills
