RN Director of Nursing DON

Plan, develop, and supervise the entire nursing department in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Ensure residents' physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being needs are met through exceptional hiring, training, and mentoring programs. Promote excellence within the multi-disciplinary team and lead change efforts to implement innovative resident care processes. Coordinate all resident services to maintain continuity of person-centered care and meet expectations for participation in reimbursement programs. Maintain the highest standards for care while fostering a supportive environment with a strong staff-to-resident ratio.
