RN Director of Mental Health Program

Lead a small disciplinary team comprising a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator to provide services to the senior population. Engage with the local community through education presentations and one-on-one meetings while driving referral development through hospital staff and community resources. Grow and maintain patient census while ensuring compliance through professional and ethical guidelines.
