RN Director of Mental Health Program

Lead a small disciplinary team comprising a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator to provide services to older adults ages 65 and up. Engage with the local community through education presentations and one-on-one meetings while driving referral development from hospital staff, providers, and community resources. Grow and maintain patient census while ensuring compliance through professional and ethical guidelines. Work Monday through Friday with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.
