RN Director of Care Management

Director of Care Management at Oro Valley Hospital leads the Care Management and Resource Management programs, ensures regulatory compliance, develops and maintains care-management processes including discharge planning, and provides leadership to the Care Management team. The role collaborates with staff, physicians, and community resources to deliver patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes, conducts chart reviews for severity of illness and intensity of services, coordinates with the Physician Advisor and Utilization Management Committee, and supports reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
